Jennifer Peck understands that when challenging times arise, it is important to have someone on your side, to provide guidance and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your future. Ms. Peck offers compassion and honest direction to her clients throughout the entire legal process, and fiercely advocates for the most advantageous outcome possible.
Ms. Peck has extensive experience representing clients in various family and juvenile law cases. She is also a Rule 31 certified family mediator who has facilitated hundreds of disputes in which each party plays a role in identifying a resolution both can agree upon. In addition, Ms. Peck practices real estate law. She is a licensed affiliate real estate broker, which is advantageous when evaluating complex details of a case to determine the best options for resolution.
A native of Chattanooga, Ms. Peck graduated from The Baylor School. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Before opening her practice, Ms. Peck worked with a local firm where she primarily handled divorces and custody cases, providing a strong foundation from which to build. In 2010, she launched her own practice in Chattanooga, successfully expanding it by building a solid reputation for her work, broadening the firm’s areas of legal service, and adding associates with diverse experience and skills.
Ms. Peck is actively involved in several professional organizations and is an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, currently teaching Juvenile Law.
